esponsible for the review of third-party damage claims to determine viability and liability.
esponsible for the escalation of investigation information used to determine liability.
eview claim cost elements such as time, material, and contractor (TMC) information identifying any gaps or missing information.

Typically, high school diploma or GED preferred, specialized skill training or certification may be required.

Typically requires 2-3 years of experience.
ust be bilingual; fluent in English comprehension, speaking and writing.

trong computer, typing and writing skills preferred.
trong communication skills with utility/construction maintenance or design experience preferred.
nsurance plan administration experience desired but not required.
