SPECIALIST LEARNING PRODUCTION & OPERATIONS

In your new role you will.
Produce various e-learning formats using tools like Articulate, Adobe Premiere, TechSmith Camtasia.
Visualize training content with instructional graphics and charts.
Check the grammar of trainer scripts and write the audio script and training descriptions.
Conduct training recordings in our recording studio.
Support the realization of webinars, including moderation.
Support the process of planning, set-up and post-documentation of training events.
Maintain and optimize the training catalog and communication channels.
Analyze and optimize training content based on data insights.
Collaborate with internal experts to develop training offerings on products and applications.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a passionate content production specialist with excellent skills in editing, animation, and graphics design, and experience using Adobe Premiere and Techsmith Camtasia.
We value a strong attention to detail and quality, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

You are best equipped for this task if you have.
A degree in Media/Communication Design, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Video production, or a similar field Relevant work experience in creating content with Articulate, Adobe Premiere, and TechSmith Camtasia Proficiency in visualization, storyboarding, and storytelling Good command of MS Office applications (PowerPoint and Excel mandatory) Good communication skills and ability to work in an international team Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with coding (e.
., visual coding) is a plus Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of German is a plus Frequent travel to the USA is expected (approx.
once every 6-8 weeks), so having a US visa is mandatory #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
