What's the Role? The Solution Selling Consultant role will be the product and process expert for our Fleet/Tool Park Management and ON!Track Asset Management Software services, and be responsible for driving and increasing sales for these services.

What does the role involve? Train Sales Management & Account Managers on our software solutions (ON!Track and Fleet Management)  Work with Area Sales Manager and Sales Account Manager to build our software solutions (ON!Track and Fleet Management) pipeline in their territory Play the leading role of customer acquisition, implementation and retention Play role of product expert and process consultant by leading management meeting, performing the onsite analysis and implementing our software solutions (ON!Track and Fleet Management).
Generate software, hardware and service revenue (contracts, Onsite Analysis, implementation, training) Increase sales and penetration of ON!Track and Tool Park Management by coordinating with the sales team and leveraging existing relationships.
Coordinate efforts of entire team of Area Sales Manager, Sales Account Manager, marketing team, and back office with a goal of improving market reach of ON!Track / Tool Park Management solutions.
Spearhead and partner with the sales team to take them through the entire ON!Track/ Tool Park Management Execute the strategy from finding the lead,  acquisition, management meeting, closure, and retention Support launch of new products and features to team members and customers by acquainting them with feature benefits and solution functionality Our Professional Sales Onboarding Program prepares all new sales employees ideally for their job in the first few months - this includes not only several weeks of training but also individual coaching on the job.

What you need is.
Bachelor’s Degree required Minimum of 3 years consultative selling experience (SaaS or construction industry preferred) Ability to make key decisions regarding change management and adjust each plan to the individual needs Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Arabic is a plus Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
Marketing, Sales, and other corporate team members Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Strong interest in software and skilled in Microsoft office suite Drive to develop strong and sustainable relationships internal and external High level of entrepreneurship and presentation skills Valid UAE Driver's license, or a transferrable license Why should you apply?
