We are currently seeking for a Software Support professional to work in our Torre Mayor office in México City.

We will count on you to.
Support the Marketing and Communication teams in setting up internal corporate sites.
Assist in the setup and back-end administration of two different tools/software related to ideas exchange and the management and reproduction of digital content on screens.
Collaborate with the business and vendors to ensure high-quality site setup that aligns with business requirements.
Provide training to end users on how to effectively use the various sites and software.
Communicate business requirements and needs to vendors and facilitate training as updates or new features are implemented or demanded.
What do you need to have? 2 years’ experience in Marketing or Communications software management and training teams on its uses.
Bachelor´s degree.
Strong English language skills.
Experience and facility in the use of multiple software applications for technical or operational support.
What makes you stand out? Good communication and customer services skills in English.
Ability to multitask and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities (creativity).
Adaptability to change.
Detail-oriented in product delivery; able to make presentations.
