e are looking for a highly driven, self-directed, results-oriented Software Engineer II to define, drive and execute the support cost reduction effort by improving Software Engineer IIself help, customer troubleshooting scenarios, and agent troubleshooting scenarios to reduce time to resolve customer issues.
As a developer on the team, you will work across teams to implement the features and work needed to improve support costs and customer satisfaction.
To succeed, you will work in partnership with program management and with partner teams.
