coordinate the preparation of documents, such as shipment report, carrier documents and any other document that applies according to the regulations of the destination country.
establish an effective communication system with the distribution analysts, ensuring that the shipment requirement is met for each of the destinations.
maintain continuous coordination and communication with the exports team.
monitor the audit process and adherence to shipping processes maintain proper administration of shipping records.
coordinate transportation requirements with the logistics team.
monitor that the destination dcs receive the documentation of the shipments according to the requirements of each of the dcs.
establish and maintain the indicator monitoring system (kpi) and establish the actions that maintain the operation at high levels of efficiency.
collaborate with the area responsible for improvement projects maintaining a focus on safety, quality and efficiency
