Diversity + Collaboration = Great InnovationIn this position you will report to the CSS Finance delivery manager function and work in close cooperation with Country Finance Manager of Mexico and with finance team located in San Luis Potosi.
You will be a key member of the core Finance Team of Hitachi Energy.
As a manager you will lead a small but dynamic and enthusiastic team located in San Luis Potosi.
Your responsibilities.
nsures that all Group and fiduciary finance requirements in all countries are duly met and complied with, overseeing compliance with IFRS, local statutory GAAP, Group and local reporting, internal controls, legal and tax requirements, with support of CSS.
nsures transparency in financial reporting and enhances and manages internal control environment.
epresents Hitachi Energy locally and actively manages partnerships and external stakeholders within the sphere of Finance.
aintains relations with external auditors and communicates their local findings to the organization for remediation.
ou will Co-ordinate preparation and enforces the CSS Finance front office budget.
eads, guides, motivates, develops, and sets targets for the CSS Finance front office staff.
rives implementation of best practices and continuous optimization of local processes in line with Lean Management principles to gain efficiencies and drive productivity gains.
anages relationships with business partners to ensure that services are defined and delivered as agreed.
rranges and drives internal customer review meetings on a regular basis and tracks mutually agreed action plan.
nsures statutory audits and other internal/external audits are handled with high standards and in a professional manner.
ncourages collaboration and talent moves amongst local finance organization, across businesses and CSS.

ou hold Higher diploma in Finance and Accounting.
ou have more than 5 years of experience in various fields of Finance (accounting, reporting, IFRS, GAAP, taxes).
ou have more than 2 years of experience as a manager leading a team.
referable working experience in an international corporation.
trong leadership and communication skills, stakeholder management, able to deal with complexity, analytical skills, ambitious and self-motivated.
eing Proficient in both English, Spanish.
