We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to work in a Remote Opportunity in Mexcio.

ASAP Length.
+6 months with posible extension Responsibilities.
The individual must have led successful ServiceNow implementations, with hands-on experience valued over certifications.
The role involves customer-facing responsibilities, managing multiple ServiceNow projects simultaneously, reporting to the PMO, and collaborating with IT Project Managers and Practice Managers to standardize processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities.
Develop, plan, and manage implementation and operational readiness projects.
Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
Create and manage project plans, schedules, and resources.
Align project objectives with company goals and track progress.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Track deliverables and ensure project completion.
Develop communication plans and ensure effective documentation.
Monitor and manage project scope and changes.
Foster partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
Lead meetings, support the team, and ensure quality assurance.
Present progress reports and manage change control processes.
Evaluate project outcomes and seek continual improvement opportunities.
Drive operational readiness and assist with client billing activities.
Minimum Requirements.
5+ years of Project Management experience with ServiceNow projects.
Experience with DevOps projects.
Experience as a Scrum Master or holding a Scrum Master Certification (CSM).
Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.
Languages.
