The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to support our clients' IT service management and business process automation needs.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, security, and service management, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities.
Design and Development.
Customize and develop ServiceNow applications and solutions, including workflows, business rules, UI actions, and client scripts.
Implementation.
Implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and custom applications based on client requirements.
Integration.
Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
Maintenance and Support.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of existing ServiceNow instances, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
User Training and Documentation.
Develop and deliver training materials for end-users and create detailed technical documentation.
Collaboration.
Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business goals.
Optimization.
Identify opportunities to improve ServiceNow platform performance, efficiency, and user experience.
Qualifications.
Experience.
5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Proven experience with ServiceNow development, including ITSM, ITOM, and other modules.
Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide API, and Business Rules Technical Skills.
Proficiency in developing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, and AngularJS.
Configuration of ServiceNow's ITSM service catalog Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of relational databases, particularly MySQL or Oracle.
Certifications.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
Additional certifications in specific modules (e.
., ITSM, ITOM) are a plus.
Soft Skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications.
Experience with ServiceNow upgrade projects.
Experience in implementing ServiceNow SecOps, GRC, or HRSD modules.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
Experience with Agile and DevOps practices.
