Requisitos:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
ServiceNow Discovery, including cloud discovery probes, sensors, and patterns.
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), their APIs, and tools for cloud resource management.
CMDB data models, relationships, and best practices for cloud asset management.
ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM processes and modules.
Scripting and automation using JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python is a plus.
