Required Technical and Professional Expertise Skills Required Hands on experience in ServiceNow System administration, ITSM, CMDB, Self Service Portal, Service Catalog development - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Must have handled Platform Upgrade - Ability to support 24*7 support model - Good Communication and Analytical skills Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise ServiceNow Certified ITSM Implementation Specialist Scripting experience Experience in building the integrations with other applications and tools using API/Integration Hub/ FTP etc.
