#WelcomeToCognizant! Responsibilities Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow CSM ITOM and ITSM modules to meet business requirements.
Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure data consistency and process efficiency.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for ServiceNow platform usage and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain custom scripts workflows and automation to enhance ServiceNow functionalities.
Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations customizations and integrations.
Train and mentor junior team members on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests related to ServiceNow in a timely manner.
Participate in change management processes to ensure smooth deployment of updates and new features.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of ServiceNow implementations.
Engage with stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery and user satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in all ServiceNow activities.
Qualifications Possess extensive experience in ServiceNow CSM ITOM and ITSM modules.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Exhibit excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English.
Show proficiency in developing custom scripts and workflows within ServiceNow.
Have a solid understanding of ITIL processes and their application in ServiceNow.
Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Demonstrate experience in mentoring and training junior team members.
