What you will do in this role As a Technical Service Representative, you will.
ASC Repair monitorization Handle Air Conditioner contacts by phone VOC Management (manage complaints) Drive NPS Propose maintenance and warranty extension for particular AC products Control requests for specific AC products and be able to do a simple proposal to analyze the product.
Manage the installations coming through the Online Store channel.
Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you.
Have a high level of European Portuguese (written and oral) Have a background as an Air Conditioning technician or assistant AC technician (is a plus) Have proficient PC skills Have excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms) Have the ability to operate in high-pressure situations  If you feel you don’t check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
