This position reports to Service Project Management Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role in the Medium Voltage Service department, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and completion of projects and the preparation of offers in line with market requirements.
In this context, you will work closely with the Sales, Engineering and Field Service departments.

Then apply now! • Working closely with Sales on the development of service projects and preparing corresponding market-driven offers for our customers • Independent and autonomous processing of customer orders from order acceptance to customer handover and revenue recognition, as well as order clarification with the customer, sales and the specialist departments • Coordinating all specialist departments involved in the project while adhering to cost and deadline targets • Assessing and monitoring order risks and actively managing claims • Participating in the selection of products in accordance with the technical and contractual framework and in the awarding of external services • Preparing reports on order progress for department management • Enforcing increases together with the sales department and reviewing critical reductions • Planning, supervision and technical management of the field service and commissioning personnel deployed on site • Coordinating the contractually compliant handover of final documentation and preparing the project completion meeting, including the associated final project reports Qualifications for the role Completed degree in electrical engineering with a focus on energy technology or alternatively training as a technician or master craftsperson Relevant experience in operational project management Specialist knowledge in the field of medium-voltage switchgear Knowledge of engineering and SAP is an advantage Fluent written and spoken German and English Willingness to make national and international customer visits as part of project support, including on construction sites, is a matter of course for you and can be handled flexibly What's in it for you?
