Job Summary Lead and motivate a high-performing outbound sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Responsibilities Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall business performance.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and set goals for individual team members.
Foster a positive team culture and maintain open communication channels within the team.
Coordinate and allocate tasks ensuring optimal resource utilization and efficiency.
Monitor team performance metrics identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Act as a point of contact between team members and management conveying updates and concerns.
Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
Experience using CRM and other productivity tools (Salesforce Outreach Sales Navigator Google Apps) Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
C1+ English and Spanish Spoken and Written proficiency The Cognizant community.
