To enhance our team in Queretaro, we are searching for a Service Assistant These are your tasks.
· You support our service engineers in internal sales.
· Business customer support by phone and email in ______ and English · Pre- and post-processing of offer and contract negotiations as well as project planning in cooperation with the field sales team · Order processing · Preparation of reports, statistics and presentations according to company guidelines · Maintenance of order and customer data in the CE (MS-Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement) and ERP (Business Central) systems · Interface to the headquarters in Germany for service matters · Scheduling of customer visits · Warehouse activities · Other administrative office duties These are our expectations.
· A candidate, who has a degree in Engineering or economic-administrative career.
· 3-5 years of professional experience in internal sales or in a similar position · With your kind and communicative nature, you care for our customers.
· You enjoy working in a team and you convince through reliability, flexibility and your communication skills · Appropriate manners and a well-groomed and positive appearance · Very good proficiency English · An adept handling of the usual Microsoft Office applications, skills in MS Dynamics 365 CRM are of advantage · Motivated, structured and service-oriented way of working · Valid passport & visa Our offer to you.
