5+ years in recruitment, with experience in high-volume or sales recruitment preferredKey Responsibilities.
Manage End-to-End Recruitment.
Lead the full recruitment cycle for our mass hiring campaigns, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring all positions are filled with top talent in a timely manner.
ollaborate with Sales and Operations Teams.
Work closely with sales and management teams to understand hiring needs, and develop a strong talent pipeline.
evelop Targeted Recruitment Strategies.
Use your expertise to create innovative, data-driven strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, particularly in sales, customer service, and medical roles.
onduct Competency-Based Interviews.
Lead structured interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring only the best progress through our selective process.
andidate Experience & Engagement.
Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
rocess Improvement.
Continuously refine the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness, utilizing modern tools and techniques to streamline operations.
Qualifications and Skills.
Proven Track Record.
5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus onmass hiringin sales and healthcare roles.
igh-Volume Recruitment Experience.
Skilled at managing multiple roles, especially in fast-paced environments, focusing on quality over quantity.
xpert Interviewer.
Proficient in conducting competency-based interviews and assessments that reveal a candidate's true potential.
ata-Driven Mindset.
Ability to use metrics and data to make informed hiring decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
ech-Savvy.
Experience with modern recruitment tools, including ATS systems, social media platforms, and recruitment-specific software.
xcellent Communication & Negotiation Skills.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to present offers and negotiate effectively.
