As a Senior Specialist Cost Accounting and Finance you will support the Controller in locally based manufacturing operations and cost accounting, completing daily cost maintenance and supporting annual standard costing activities.
What you'll be doing Provide daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports to supervise progress on budgets, forecast and manufacturing operations.
Support financial critical metric’ for the operations and support process improvements projects.
Provide root cause analysis for manufacturing variances.
Perform budgeting and forecasting under the direction of the Controller.
Daily support in cost analysis and manufacturing variations.
Perform month-end closing journal entries, inventory reporting, and support annual standard costing.
Carry out departmental expense control.
/ Develop spend control by departments What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Desirable experience.
5 to 7 years of proven experience including financial analyst supporting manufacturing organizations and SAP experience.
Strong PC skills required, including Microsoft office suite.
