As a Senior Software Engineer in Solutions, you will.
Collaborate and deeply understand user and business needs Create diagrams, workflows, and technically accurate descriptions Own deliverables from ideas to feature completion and production deployment Design, architect, and implement internal tools that enable Helix to leverage automation and self service Be responsible for code that spans multiple domains across frontend, backend, and testing Improve and adopt exceptional engineering practices for the organization Care about testing, validation, and correctness to guarantee success for our health system partners and their patients About you.
7+ years development experience in Go, Python, Typescript, Javascript, Java, or similar Uses AI assistance when writing code and working on projects Able to build things iteratively, delivering value at every step Proven track record of successful project deliveries Willing to work onsite in Mexico City for at least one day each week Fluent in English, both written and spoken Pluses.
Experience successfully using AI to solve problems and tasks Bachelor/Master of Science in Computer Science Familiarity with regulated software systems (e.
