What we are looking for Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Senior Product Manager.
Their primary role is to take the reins of our day-to-day product operations.
You’ll be the right hand to our CPO, playing a pivotal role in our company’s vision.
You’ll lead product efforts across a dynamic and creative environment, ensuring everything from documentation to stakeholder alignment is executed seamlessly.
With your leadership, you’ll embed product principles across the organization, driving both innovation and growth.

Own the Day-to-Day.
Lead and manage daily product operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and projects hit their marks.
Produce documentation and align stakeholders.
Create clear product documents, align stakeholders, and ensure successful product delivery.
Lead Product Growth:** Design, execute, and analyze experiments to drive product growth.
Strategic Partner.
Work closely with the CPO to bring the company’s product vision to life.
Plan & Analyze.
Develop revenue targets for international markets, analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies.
Create competitive insights.
Build a deep understanding of major competitors to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional leadership.
Collaborate with teams across the organization to drive the product vision and achieve key milestones.
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Must Haves.
Experience.
5-10 years of experience in product management, product growth, or related industry experience.
Execution Pro.
You have a strong track record of delivering results and thrive on getting things done with precision.
Clear Communicator.
You excel in both written and verbal communication, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Detail-Oriented & Analytical.
You pay attention to the details and base decisions on solid analysis.
