Job Summary Perficient is looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team.
As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions across both client-side and server-side environments.
If you have a solid background in technologies such as Java, Kotlin and you are passionate about building top-notch applications, we would love to hear from you! What do you need to come aboard? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of strong experience as a Senior Java Developer.
Strong proficiency in Java programming language, including object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate.
Experience with Kotlin is a plus Experience with microservices architecture and API development.
Experience with Kafka is a plus.
Familiarity with data transformation techniques.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously and in a team, with strong communication skills.
Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and development environments.
English is a must.
To Rock This Role, You Should Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and maintain high-quality web applications.
Develop and maintain features at back-end of applications.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
Keep technical documentation up to date, including Swagger YAML for APIs.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
