Your role and responsibilities In the role of Senior Internal Communications Manager, you will develop our internal communications strategy, plan and KPIs, ensuring consistent internal messaging and information flow across the organization, in close collaboration with our businesses.
In addition, you will oversee all HR-related communications activities that support our business as well as our Group Communications and People Strategy.
You will act as strategic communications partner and advisor for our HR leadership team, including our Chief Human Resources Officer.
Working model is hybrid @LI-hybrid.
Responsibilities include.
- Develop business-aligned (internal) communications strategy and plans for the Group Internal Communications function - Lead employee engagement initiatives that contribute to our business success while increasing employee knowledge and engagement as well as motivation and inspiration around topics such as diversity & inclusion and people development.
- Act as strategic communications partner to our HR leadership team, including our Chief Human Resources Officer - Manage Group-wide HR initiatives (e.

Learn, Connect, Grow Day, Employee Engagement survey) - Drive continuous improvement of internal communications processes, tools and channels - Work seamlessly with counterparts across ABB’s corporate and business communications teams to drive employee engagement and support HR communications planning Qualifications for the role Minimum years of experience from working in communications (internal communications or HR com-munications) in an international company, preferably in a decentralized organization Profound familiarity with HR topics Strategic mindset with the ability to “connect the dots” across different projects and functions Proven track record in strategic planning and execution Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders Creative and solutions-oriented, structured and good communicator Strong inner drive to engage, motivate and inspire employees on relevant topics Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive “can-do” mentality More about us We value people from different backgrounds.
