Define and enforce best practices for writing SEO-friendly, server-rendered React applications that prioritize performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to create dynamic and responsive frontends that deliver optimal speed and interactivity.
Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the performance impact of new features and refine them based on insights.

5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on frontend and backend optimization using modern frameworks (e.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS/SASS, HTML, and their impact on page performance.
Deep understanding of server-side rendering, code splitting, and isomorphic JavaScript for optimized user experiences.
Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies to measure and improve performance changes.
Understanding of Agile/Kanban development processes and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
Hands-on experience with image optimization techniques, CDN configurations, and third-party script management (is a plus) Knowledge of GraphQL federation and advanced caching strategies.
Prior contributions to performance-focused open-source libraries or projects.
