Responsibilities.
SKILLS Must have - Proven experience in a technical support role or as a service desk engineer.
- Strong knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, Linux) and desktop applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet SLA commitments.
Microsoft Exchange (on-premises & Office 365) administrationn- Windows fileshare, files and folders administrationn- Windows Desktop build, deployment & maintenance incl patching (VMWare Horizon VDIs & Physical desktops & laptops)n- Symphony, Slack, Microsoft Teams administrationn- Sharepoint n- Application licence managementn- Chocolatey for software packaging, deployment and management Nice to have - IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL certification is a plus.
