responsibilities build and manage a domestic/overseas, internal/consultant/outsourced hybrid team of design, engineering, and permitting professionals.
define project-specific due diligence requirements.
develop/procure digital tools for efficient design and permitting in a wide variety of jurisdictions create and maintain drawing templates and design standards.
oversee construction administration implement continuous improvement processes.
design cost-effective, prefabrication -friendly construction details.
