SENIOR DEMAND PLANNER

Position.
Senior Demand Planner Location.
Erkrath, Germany Summary.
Currently we are looking for a senior demand Planner to join our Central Europe Team in Germany and report to the Demand Planning Manager.
Our demand planners are key drivers of our S&OP process.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing our demand forecast for a specific group of countries in close collaboration with our sales, marketing, and finance teams.
Responsibilities.
Collect and analyze past/future demand inputs Prepare short-term and long-term product demand forecast for all our consumer brands categories and channels using statistical forecasting methods, based on marketing and customer assumptions Measure, report, and proactively correct forecast accuracy Collaborate with various cross-functional partners in projects such as NPD, discontinuations, and, process improvements Experience you'll bring.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management; or equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of Supply Chain or Demand Planning experience is required Experience and concrete knowledge working in the FMCG industry is a plus Demonstrated proficiency in statistics and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts Strong analytical skills Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Preferably with experience in SAP Fluent in English Behaviors you'll need.
