• Play a key role in specifying, testing, and deploying requirements in IT solutions.
• Be aware and knowledgeable about digital marketing tools for enable new capabilities in the market.
• Promote adoption of disruptive technologies and agile methodologies by.
• Pilot them in a specific requirement or pain points • Turning them into ideas that adds value to the business.
• Collaboration with the Innovation Ecosystem in the Market to be the link with IT • Collaboration with other Markets to advise and support in a specific emerging technology • S/he will interact with IT Innovation Community and Innovation Managers, Markets Business Stakeholders (incl.
Corporate Functions, SBU leads, Product Managers), in the scope definition, risk and success evaluation of initiatives.
• Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.
.
Agile, Waterfall) • Understanding of modeling techniques and business case with effort and costs estimations • Understanding of business complexity and interdependencies • Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements • Understanding of the IT landscape in the functional area • Knowledge of IT standards and controls • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills   Required Profile.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent • 5+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area • Experience with emerging technology (IoT, AI, blockchain, VR/AR) • Experience with digital marketing products • Project management experience • Business experience in a relevant function is beneficial • Effective communication at different levels in the organization  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams •  Experience with external vendors   We are Nestlé, the largest food and beverage company.
