nTo expand the team capacity we are looking for a seasoned hands-on Appian developer who can contribute towards ongoing development and Appian Administration Support.
Responsibilities -tCollaborate with business partners to understand their needs and challenges, gathering requirements.
-tDesign, develop, configure, test, deploy, implement, maintain and enhance Appian based custom Business Process Management (BPM) workflows across the enterprise.
n-tDesign and implement complex enterprise integrations with industry standard technologies including LDAP, Active Directory and other internal systems in the enterprise.
-tDesign and develop database objects to support BPM applications.
-tMaintains database performance by identifying and resolving production and application development problems.
-tParticipate in workflow analysis and modelling utilizing SQL Server and SQL Management Studio.
-tTranslate BPM requirement specifications into Appian process model prototypes and solutions ensuring the highest quality and performance.
n-tDeliver projects in either Agile or Waterfall software development methodologies, as project dictates.
-tConduct and participate in detailed design reviews and validate that the design follows the approved architecture.
-tParticipate in the day-to-day activities of the Appian BPM development teams.
-tThe work is primarily in the development area; however, you will also be required to perform Appian Installation, environment management, new environment creation, Appian upgrades, deployments, manage database performance and related activities.
-tCollaborate with application support teams throughout the development, deployment, and support phases.
SKILLS Must have -t10+ years of experience in Information Technology.
-tBachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent working experience.
-t5+ years of hands-on experience in design, implementation and production support of Appian BPM workflow applications.
-tStrong understanding of RDBMS and experience in design and development of relational DB objects to support Appian applications.
-tExperience in tuning the system for performance improvements and performance related high volume of database.
-tExperience with Appian product administration activities like new environment creation, environment management, Appian upgrades and related activities.
-tHands-on development experience in building any/all Appian components including CDTs, SAIL programming, process modeler and WebAPIs.
-tExperience defining and enforcing enterprise database standards and processes.
-tExperience of XML and web services (SOAP/REST).
-tKnowledge on in-memory KDBs & engine sizingn-tAbility to work using CICD Technologies such as XLR, SonarQube, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub.
-tMust have recent working experience on App Servers such as JBoss, Tomcat, etc.
& Web Servers like Apache, etc.
-tAppian Certified Senior Developern-tHighly analytical with good problem solving skills and creativity;n-tAble to work independent in a fast-paced environmentn-tPositive individual with strong communication skills;n-tAble to interface well with users and other development teams.
Nice to have -tExperience in Banking/Financial industry is preferredn-tExperience on Ansible, BitBucket, JBoss, GitHubn-tExperience on Appian upgradesn-tExperience in C#.
