We are currently searching for a Senior API Developer.
Responsibilities.
Develop, implement, and manage robust APIs using Java and the Spring Framework.
Design and maintain microservices with a strong focus on RESTful best practices.
Work with API management platforms such as Zookeeper.
Model data in JSON and ensure effective data integration.
Engage in Agile and Scrum methodologies for collaborative project development.
Utilize DevOps tools, including Jenkins, Git, and Maven, to support continuous integration and deployment.
Conduct unit testing, data mockup, and automated testing.
Implement source code scanning and security measures (e.
., Checkmarx).
Requirements.
6–8 years of experience in relevant technologies, such as API development, with strong skills in Java, Spring Framework, Microservices, and RAML.
Proficiency in RESTful design and API management tools.
Experience with JSON data modeling.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Desired.
Experience in performance tuning.
Familiarity with JWT, SAML, and cloud platforms (e.
., Docker, Kubernetes, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, AWS).
Knowledge of Spring Reactive, NoSQL databases (e.
., MongoDB), and ESB tools (e.
., IIB, MQ, Spring Boot).
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
