Your Purpose  The candidate will be responsible for understanding the business and its processes and building trust with the executives they will support.
This role requires the candidate to build a strong network within the company, be an ambassador of Bitso's values, stay close to the executive teams, participate in team meetings, provide feedback, and have the autonomy to make decisions and improve processes.
Reports To Administrative Business Partner Manager Who You Are  Proven English fluency.
Degree in administration, secretarial, or related field.
8+ years as an Administrative Business Partner, Executive Assistant, or Secretary.

Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks.
Attention to Detail.
Precise and thorough in managing tasks and responsibilities.
Initiative.
Proactive in identifying and solving problems.
Planning and Organizing.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in Excel.
Essential for managing data and reports.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Familiarity with Gmail, Google Drive, Confluence, Slack, and online booking tools.
Currently living in Brazil or Argentina.
Mission-driven with a high sense of urgency.
Self-management capabilities, able to work independently.
What You Will Do  Manage the executive's day-to-day calendar, including making appointments, rescheduling and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, expenses and other relevant documents.
Carry out travel and accommodation arrangements.
Support special projects as needed coordinating with different teams (such as Finance, People, Corporate Affairs, Marketing, etc).
Be a facilitator for a clear communication across Bitso on what's happening.
Prepare meeting minutes.
Time management reports.
Support in planning and organizing events (e.
.
team offsites).
Be part of a high collaborative team of Administrative Business Partners.
