RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to end-to-end quality assurance, manage the testing request backlog, and complete testing requests Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Design, Product Management, and Engineering to facilitate testing efforts Work with the Testing Lead to ensure timely, precise, and aligned completion of testing requests Act as a thought leader in accessibility testing, making data-driven recommendations and influencing decisions Mentor other accessibility testers and contribute to the creation of test plans, scripts, and documentation Partner with the Accessibility Test Lead to develop and execute training plans for the testing team Perform quality audits and identify opportunities to minimize errors Demonstrate proficiency in complex products and operate independently Lead by example to foster a positive, collaborative, and innovative team environment Stay updated on evolving accessibility standards and industry trends Continuously develop skills and knowledge in accessibility testing REQUIREMENTS Experience in software development, web development, or a related field Experience in an accessibility-related field Understanding of WCAG 2.
(AA) guidelines Expert-level understanding of assistive technologies, accessibility-related software (e.
