SAP BUSINESS ANALYST

is looking for a SAP Business Analyst for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico.

The Business Analyst is responsible for identify and analyse business requirements and processes, prepare detailed business processes.
Perform requirement gathering and analyse business requirements to translate them into business processes leading to TO-BE documentation and or Functional specifications.
You must visit the office (located in Plaza Andares, Zapopan) and be present in the office two days a week when needed.
Requirements.
Knowledge of business areas of Finance like general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit management, asset accounting.
Proficient in design and configuration of at least one or more FI submodules -General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Asset Accounting, Cash and Banking.
Have a strong working exposure in SAP FICO including Enterprise Structure, Master Data.
Experience in configuring Taxes (Direct/Indirect Taxes) and tax procedures Understanding of integration of SAP modules in end to end business processes.
Good fundamental knowledge of business processes like RTR, CTC, P2P, product costing, material ledger, profitability analysis, cost element accounting, cost centre accounting, internal orders and profit centre accounting.
Knowledge of integration areas of Finance & Control module with other business areas like material management, sales and distribution & production planning.
Knowledge in FI- MM and FI-SD account assignments.
Clear understanding of accounting entries passed in SD and FI-PP/MM area having impact on CO.
Knowledge of Consolidation, Special purpose ledger, SOX, US GAAP, Background on the Technical and Functional upgrade Knowledge on SAP tables and data retrieval using SAP tables.
Rich experience as an end-user or a process analyst working very closely with the business and has grown over time to take up the responsibilities of a consultant.
Exposure to Cutover activities in FI (GL, AP, AR AA & Banking).
Responsibilities.
Identify and analyze business requirements and processes, prepare detailed business processes.
Perform requirement gathering and analyse business requirements to translate them into business processes leading to TO-BE documentation and or Functional specifications.
Assists in developing and modifying systems requirements documentation to meet client needs.
Discover process gaps and perform feasibility studies/solution reviews and make appropriate recommendations.
Develop detailed requirements (business, user, process, system requirements - functional and non-functional) and establish traceability to business vision.
Involvement in the development of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure enterprise operational and IT deliverable.
Assist business training teams in content for training documentation.
