rovide support for the DealCloud application, with preference for prior experience in DealCloud or transferrable skills from Salesforce.
nderstand and manage configurations, workflows, permissions, and reporting to enhance user experience.
erform complex data management tasks including data merging and cleaning across integrated systems.
ommunicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
ndependently analyze issues and provide solutions.
onduct user training and coaching.
aintain positive relationships with stakeholders while managing user requests within scope.

xperience with the DealCloud application or relevant experience in Salesforce.
roficiency in data management and manipulation using tools like Excel.
ackground in user management and administration on cloud-based platforms.
amiliarity with service management tools for handling user requests.
