The development will be carried out on Salesforce Health Cloud Experience.
The project includes developing a homepage with disease awareness information and registration forms for patients and HCPs.
The rest of the team is based in Mexico City.
What we expect.
Salesforce Platform Knowledge.
Deep understanding of Salesforce’s architecture, data model, and customization options.
This includes creating and managing objects, fields, relationships, and workflows.
Apex Development.
Proficiency in Apex (Salesforce's proprietary programming language) for developing back-end logic, custom triggers, batch processes, and integrations.
Lightning Framework.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Components (Aura and Lightning Web Components) to build interactive and responsive front-end components within the Salesforce environment.
Visualforce.
Knowledge of Visualforce, Salesforce’s legacy framework for building custom user interfaces.
Integration Skills.
Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs, and tools like MuleSoft or other integration platforms to connect Salesforce with external systems, which is crucial in complex business environments.
Database Management.
Understanding of Salesforce’s database management, including SQL (SOQL) and SOSL, data migration tools like Data Loader, and Salesforce’s security model for managing data access and visibility.
Declarative Development.
Proficiency with Salesforce’s low-code and no-code tools, like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules, to automate processes without custom code.
Testing and Debugging.
Experience with testing frameworks for Salesforce, such as writing test classes for Apex and using the Developer Console and debug logs for troubleshooting.
Version Control and Deployment.
Familiarity with version control (e.
., Git) and Salesforce deployment tools (like Change Sets, Metadata API, and DevOps tools like Gearset or Copado) to manage and deploy code changes.
Salesforce Certifications.
Holding Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II, Administrator, or other relevant badges.
Soft Skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and an understanding of business processes, as Salesforce Developers often work closely with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs.
