What you will doAchieve sales objectives, identification of new business opportunities, create and develop business strategy.
chieve sales quota in the assigned territory and line.
mpulse product sales through differentiated business models or new products incorporation.
onduct all business and affairs in accordance with all laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the Stryker Code of Conduct and in accordance with the highest ethical standards.
lign strategies with the sales manager and carry out it.
evelop strategies per IC, to improve sales and presence in their territories.
efine key projects and resources needed to succeed such as, inventory, instruments sets, medical education events, KOL, pricing etc.
valuate and monitor the quality of the services that IC provides to end customers.
ct as the channel of resources of the clients in the area of knowledge of the product.
ct as liaison between the client and the multiple stakeholders of the company, such as Operations, Regulation and Quality, Compliance.
as a clear state about inventory, rotation and channeling of each client.
hat you needBachelor Degree.+3 years of experience in a similar role in a medical devices industry.
xperience with orthopedics and trauma sales is highly recommended.

ood computer skills (Excel, Word, CRM).
