Client Communication.
Efficiently manage both incoming and outgoing calls, delivering comprehensive information about our wellness services to potential clients.
Payment Processing.
Accurately handle client payments, ensuring the secure processing and authorization of credit card transactions.
Scheduling Expertise.
Master our booking systems to adeptly schedule clients across various locations, meticulously avoiding overbookings and ensuring seamless operations.
Consultation Coordination.
Arrange consultations for specialized services, such as weight loss programs, and facilitate smooth connections with our nurse practitioners.
CRM Management.
Maintain robust client relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-ups, leveraging CRM tools to track and manage interactions (training provided).
Administrative Precision.
Execute administrative tasks with high accuracy, maintaining detailed client records while upholding strict confidentiality standards.
The Profile Proven background in sales with a record of high performance, preferably in health services or a related industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging clients and confidently closing sales.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage scheduling across multiple states.
Experience with CRM systems is advantageous, though a willingness to learn new software is necessary.
Charismatic and people-oriented, able to quickly build rapport and maintain positive client interactions.
Someone with natural sales ability who requires minimal training in sales techniques.
Ability to work independently from any location.
