Job Description.
Key Responsibilities.
Support the end-to-end order management process, from generating quotations to managing the order through the factory process.
Direct contact with customers, ensuring smooth order handling and resolution of issues.
Analyze data and provide insights related to order management performance.
Process orders and generate reports for internal teams.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements in order management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and production, to ensure efficient order execution and customer satisfaction.
Education.
No specific degree required.
Candidates with a background in Marketing, Communication, or Business Development are encouraged to apply.
Languages.
Advanced English.
Skills and Tools.
Proficiency in Excel.
Experience with Power BI.
Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP.
Basic knowledge of programming for SAP or Power BI (preferred).
Abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
