We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Operations Support Representative to join our sales team.
The Sales Support Representative will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our sales efforts by providing operational support to our sales team and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of proposals and invoices to customers.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth sales operations.
Maintain accurate and complete customer records in CRM systems and other databases.
