SALES MARKETING OPERATIONS STAFF SPECIALIST

Support "Sales & Marketing Division" employees as Processes & Tools (PT) subject matter expert in Business Opportunity Management (CRM), Tableau and S&OP.
Analyze data and build reports for sales forecast and project pipelines.
Provide PT training sessions to newly hired SMD employees.
Detect, mitigate and resolve tool issues.
be cautious about tool issues from any channel, suggest instant work-arounds and work with IT for resolution.
Work closely with the headquarters, other regions and other departments such as IT to understand global situation and share IFAM's issues and/or requirements proactively.
Participate in global projects for new PT implementation/deployment.
You are best equipped for this task if you have.
BS or MS in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot table, IF, VLOOKUP, etc.) Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Excellent team player with very good interpersonal skills.
Proven to be able to go the extra mile.
3 - 5 years of experience.

Is familiar with enterprise systems such as CRM, BI tools and ERP.
