With accelerated expansion in Mexico and beyond, we are looking for a Modern Channel Manager to lead our sales in the country’s major retailers such as Costco, Walmart, and HEB, contributing to the strategic growth of the brand.
he Position.
As a Modern Channel Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial strategy and sales growth in the main self-service and modern retail channels in Mexico.
You will report directly to the commercial management team and be the primary person responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and optimizing promotions and distribution in these channels.• Sales Strategy.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize penetration and growth in major modern channel retailers.
• Key Account Management.
Build and manage strong relationships with accounts such as Costco, Walmart, HEB, ensuring the proper execution of product and promotional strategies.
• Promotion Optimization.
Coordinate with marketing and trade marketing teams to effectively execute promotions and activations at points of sale.
• Sales Analysis.
Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and ensure the achievement of objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams to ensure product availability and enhance the consumer experience.
