Description We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive/Wedding Coordinator to join our team at Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen.
The Sales Executive/Wedding Coordinator must have a friendly demeanor, great communication, negotiation and selling skills, should be able to multitask and complete assigned projects in a timely manner.

he Sales Executive/Coordinator is responsible to.
rovide main telephone coverage for the office.
ssist with all office sales efforts, including responding to general inquiries and client requests.
versee office and Sales calendar by updating meetings and events.
aintain sales contact list for all hotels.
ualifications - Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.- Fluency in English.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
