About the job.
At Wello Solutions we are looking for a Sales Executive to boost our sales.
Are you ready to conquer the world? Main responsibilities.
You will be trained as an expert in our leading SaaS software and field management processes in order to be able to sell our software to national and international customersYou are part of the international sales teamYou analyze customer processes to align their needs with the possibilities of Wello Solutions.
ou handle the leads and prospects generated by the marketing teamYou give demosYou nurture the leads and convert them into real sales.
You communicate with Wello's customers, the marketing team and the technical & consultancy team and you provide online sales and online demos Required skills and experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering or a related field or equivalentYou are preferably familiar with sales and sales advice of ERP and FSM solutions and cloud-based service solutionsYou are a good listener to understand and respond to customer needsAbility to give online demos to potential customers to have the opportunity to close a deal when the right time comes (we don't use hard selling methods)Strong analytical skills and an advice-oriented mentalityIndependent and results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ust have 2 or 3 years of experience with SaaS software sellingWe also accept candidates who have completed university with no experience! We offer first job experience and thorough training.
Language skills.
English and Dutch are required at a professional level or French and English at a professional level.
Place.
russels Belgium – 200 meters from the train station “Brussels South”.
Work-life balance.
Initially 2 days from home, to be extended after training.
Most work is done online through teams.
