What does the role involve? 1.
Product Knowledge.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.

Customer Support.
Provide technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
3.
Sales Support.
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales materials, such as presentations, proposals, and pricing sheets.
4.
Market Research.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, gather competitive information, and identify market trends.
5.
Technical Demonstrations.
Conduct technical demonstrations of our products to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
6.
Travel.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings to represent our company and promote our products and services.
7.
Documentation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and product knowledge.
8.
Continuous Learning.

What you need is.
