Dare to make an impact? YOUR ROLE THIS POSITION IS BASED ON SAN LUIS POTOSI Executes local sales plans and strategy in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers into the automotive components industry.
Develops and executes action plan for each customer based on customer roadmap.
Delivers sales and distribution targets (KP OSG and PC %) in defines customers portfolio.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers and distributors Communcates with KAM / Sales team on specific customers tasks and priorities.
Coordinates with technical customer service to conduct line trials, (re)solves customer requests and complaints.
Executes pricing.
Executes KAM strategy Manages and/ or steers distributor salesforce / 3rd Party Representation Conducts field tehnical visits.
YOUR SKILLS Chemist Engineer or related.
3+ years of experience in similar position.
High knowledge of metal pretratment processes.
Managing CRM systems.
Advanced English.
Customer research.
Sales call planning Territory/portfolio management.
