BACHELORS DEGREE ONLY Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic Engineering or Equivalent.
Language Fluent English.
24 YEARS EXPERIENCE ON INDUSTRIAL SALES ONLY Technical sales experience.
Must have relevant experience selling capital equipment machineryinstrumentsvacuum technologyleak detection.
Experience and familiarity of our products and line of business a plus.
Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
Proven track record in sales and knowledge of technology.
VALID USA VISA and Driving Licence.

Sales Engineer skilled problemsolver to join our growing team located in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon for a territory that includes
Nuevo León, Coahuila, Zacatecas , Tamaulipas and Durango.
Main responsibilities
Developing new business opportunities, reaching customers within the industry segments .
Responsible for development and delivery of product demostrations, and generate quotations.
Representing the product to customers and at field events such as comferences, seminars, trade shows, etc.
Able to respond functional and technical elementos of RIFs and RFPs.
Able to convey customer requirements to product management teams.
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers.
Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and performing product demonstrations.
Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers planning and organizing sales call schedule.
Determines improvements by analyzing costbenefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
Develops customers staff by providing technical information and training.
Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing professional publications establishing personal networks participating in professional societies.
Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying shortterm and longrange issues that must be addressed providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations recommending options and courses of action implementing directives.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Position involves travel 70 estimated throughout assigned sales territory Requirements.

Base Salary
35,000.00 39,000 MXN Month
Law benefits plus Annual sales comisions, Saving Fund, Holiday Bonus 40, and Christmas bonus 20 days per year, grocery vouchers, Life and Medical insurance.
