Job Overview.
Teknorix, a leader in IT solutions and product engineering services, is looking for a motivated and energeticSales Development Representative (SDR)to join our growing sales team.
As an SDR, you will be on the front lines of our sales efforts, responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team.
This role is crucial in expanding Teknorix’s market presence by targeting businesses that can benefit from our innovative IT services and products.
ey Responsibilities.
Lead Generation.
Research and identify potential clients through various channels such as online databases, social media, and industry-specific resources.
enerate new leads by prospecting through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
ualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns, webinars, and website inquiries, and assign them to the appropriate sales executives.
utreach & Engagement.
Conduct high-volume outreach to prospective clients via cold calls and personalized emails to build initial interest.
ffectively communicate Teknorix’s value proposition and service offerings, focusing on how our IT solutions can meet the needs of potential clients.
urture leads by providing relevant content and information to keep them engaged until they are ready to move forward in the sales process.
eeting Scheduling.
Set up discovery calls and meetings for sales executives with qualified prospects.
aintain accurate records of interactions and lead progress in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
ollaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from lead qualification to handoff.
arket Research & Analysis.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to better understand the market and how Teknorix can best position itself to meet client needs.
rovide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on the effectiveness of outreach strategies and potential improvements.
racking & Reporting.
Track lead generation metrics such as the number of outreach activities, response rates, and qualified leads.
repare regular reports on lead activity, conversions, and progress toward sales targets for senior management.
Qualifications.
Experience.
1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
Experience in the IT or SaaS industry is a plus but not required.
ommunication Skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate Teknorix’s value proposition.
elf-Motivation.
Highly motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and the ability to work independently to meet targets.
ech-Savvy.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and other sales tools.
Basic understanding of IT solutions or software development is a plus.

Ability to work effectively with a sales team, marketing department, and other internal stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
