Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not always required.
12 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related customerfacing role internships or entrylevel experience also considered.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage prospects and build rapport.
Outbound sales experience Experience in cold calling, email outreach, and using social media to engage potential leads.
Proficiency in CRM software Experience using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms to manage leads and track interactions.
Strong research skills Ability to research companies, industries, and contacts to identify potential sales opportunities.
Lead qualification expertise Ability to qualify prospects based on company criteria and accurately assess their potential for the sales pipeline.
Time management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Goaloriented Driven by targets and results, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Problemsolving abilities Resourceful and proactive in overcoming objections and challenges during the sales process.
Team player Willingness to collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with SaaS or B2B sales.
Knowledge of sales automation tools e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft.
Basic understanding of sales funnels and the sales cycle.
