Customer Demand Analyst Position.
As a Customer Demand Analyst at Micron, you'll forecast and analyze customer demand for accounts within the 0–12-month horizon.
You'll work closely with customers and sales teams to understand their needs and trends, optimizing manufacturing capacity, supply, and revenue plans.
Your role will involve transforming data into insights to improve strategies and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities.
Align with customers and sales teams to understand and communicate requirements.
Analyze orders, forecasts, and feedback to identify trends and validate changes.
Address inventory and revenue risks with Sales BU while aligning with Micron's goals.
Ensure system data reflects account direction accurately.
Collaborate internally to meet customer expectations and drive process improvements.
Desired Skills & Experience.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word; experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and organized.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
3-5 years in Operations, Finance, Planning/Forecasting, or Sales.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
