SALES COORDINATOR

We are a leading organization in the organic ingredients market, committed to sustainable and ethical practices.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service and expanding our customer base. In addition, you will participate in research, coordination and business strategy activities to ensure the success of the team.

Responsibilities

Account management and customer service

Process and follow up on customer orders.

Provide customer service with exceptional customer focus and positive relationships.

Coordinate sample preparation and delivery for potential and current customers.

Collaborate with operations and quality to ensure order fulfillment and troubleshoot problems.

2. Sales and Research Support

Follow up on sales opportunities, inquiries and leads.

Researching new opportunities and market trends.

Preparation of product presentations, proposals and demonstrations.

Contribution to sales forecasting and reporting for sales strategies.

3. Sales support

Collaborate in sales strategies and raw materials management.

Prepare quotations, manage contracts and negotiate.

Build and strengthen customer relationships to maximize retention and additional sales opportunities.

Support CRM training and management.

4. Personal and professional development

Learn sales, pricing and costing strategies.

Stay informed on products and industry trends.

Seek new sales opportunities and participate in training.

Represent the company at trade shows and promotional events.

Requirements

English level C1 essential.

Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related area desirable.

Experience in sales, customer service or account management desirable.

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and industry databases.

Attention to detail, motivation and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a team and collaborate.

Candidates key competencies

We are looking for someone who is positive, proactive, selfconfident, confident and assertive in decision making.

Working conditions

Schedule Monday to Friday from 900 am to 600 pm, with availability to meet team needs.
