The Sales Operations team is a centralized support team responsible for sales operations and administrative activities.
As a member of the Sales Operations team, you engages in activities such as accounts receivable tracking, updating pricing in systems, initiating manual billing requests, and administration of customer portals.
You act as an extension of an Account Manager and their customer-focused team.
Your Team What You Will Do Data Management in SAP and other tools (pricing data based on price agreements, plan prices and others) Calculate and post sales-related accruals, i.

APRs/claims, buy-ins-, tooling- and engineering amortization Ensure on-time calculation and reporting of adjusted revenue Responsibility for compliance with company policies and procedures Support and cooperation with Internal and External Audit Provide the Management Team/Organization with regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis Participate in departmental improvement projects Preparation and tracking of non-standard invoice requests Support of accounts receivable tracking, claims management and customer communication Various types of sales administration tasks like user access, customer portal management and special reporting What You Need Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in a controlling or sales support function Ability to work effectively in commercial environment and coordinating role with functional departments Experienced in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Knowledge of/experience in ERP systems.
SAP FI/CO (SAP BW/IBP nice to have) Fluent in English with excellent communication skills Tenacious but professional approach.
